Millenium's main dishes are too heavy and characterless. The three times that I have eaten at Millenium I found the entrees to be overly thick and buried in poorly combined, and excessive spices and sauces. All of the entrees tend to taste the same. There is a pervading heaviness to the dishes, and thick sauces which don't complement the underlying foundations of the entrees. I have found that the best way to enjoy a meal at Millenium is to focus on the appetizers, which have more distinct aromas, and which are not buried in the monochromatic flavors of the entrees. The setting is very pretty, and the service is attentive.
