Located close to my home in Uptown New Orleans Gautreaus is that special place my wife and I go to whenever we need that emergency shot of romance back in our lives! This restaurant really represents true New Orleans cooking and what makes New Orleans the very best city in the word for fine dinning (too bad NYC & Paris! Both are in general over-rated and over-priced) Try the pan-seared scallops softshell crab when in season!
