What's in a name? Club Paris is just a NAME but it has some of the finest food in Alaska. I've lived in Faifbanks for over 25 years and all I can say it that a trip to Anchorage and an opportunity to eat the FINEST filet at the Club Paris is without doubt what really makes the trip worth wild. Thank God their not serving French food, but something much better and a gererous portion. With the most friendly service and atmosphere. Forget those Chain Resturant names and go get yourself one of the Best Meals in Anchorage. If you make it to the Fairbanks area then try out Pike's Landing for a fine meal. Club Paris is so NOT french I can't believe it. You folks need to do your homework before posting suppossed "true information" for all the world to see. It's a terrific place to eat and your categorization of it may scare some folks off. -- 11/3/1999 10:13:47 PM
