I'm not sure why the comment about the menu overloaded with Shrimp is listed about the 50's grill. This american classic restaurant serves the best homemade soup, with classic american fare; big burgers, real mashed potatoes, chicken pot pie and so on. The atmosphere is fun and not too loud. The food is fabulous and the value very good. The hamburger supreme is wonderful as is their incredible chocolate cake. All the baked goods - dessert, bread, buns are made in their own bakery. Everything is fresh and not trucked in. Try 50's - it deserves more than the two stars it is given here.
