	My husband and I are from the Caribbean and visited Evanston in October 2001 while he was on an Actuarial Conference there. We visited your restaurant twice in the one week that we were there. It will always be unforgettable - the food, the service and the atmosphere. If I ever own a restaurant (always been my secret dream) - I would want one as comfortable and inviting as yours...
