This restaurant really needs to develop an understanding of customer service and appreciation. They do have immense potential, but the rudeness and bad attitude of their management is outrageous for a restaurant of type. They are not to be trusted on a special occasion. Lost reservations followed by a defensive attack by the owner, with no attempt at a friendly resolution left me with a worse tase in my mouth then their food ever could have. Let's just say I won't be going back until they fall under new ownership, which I hear is soon due to these reoccuring issues.
