Great Food, Rotten Service. After waiting over an hour for a dinner event planned a month ago (by the establishment) we were unable to get in because a party ahead of us refused to budge. Management should have handled the situation much better. Granted, it was New Year's Eve, but we were guaranteed a seating and the management did nothing but make excuses, and only after we tracked them down ourselves. horrible customer service. I will never return.
