Absolute heaven! The staff of Julien (and the related establishment, Cafe Fleuri) provide the room service for le Meridien hotel. I was sick and didn't want to dine out, so I prevailed upon the staff to fix me things. It was wonderful, like being back in Europe. One evening, things were slow and the chef invited me to ask for something not on the menu. During my stay, I had some lovely steak, a tremendous Caesar Salad, scrambled eggs that melted in the mouth, and spaghetti aglio et olio. Here's another place that serves San Pellegrino! If one is going to feel rotten in Boston in one's hotel, this is the place to do so. The service personnel were all utterly darling, too!
