	The fish and chips are excellent, but I was very unimpressed with their 'pan-seared' sole. It was basically greasy, bread crumb encrusted flat 'fish'. Any character of the fish was lost in a very heavy hand. The fish and chips are amazing, tho', and the blue cheese coleslaw is excellent.
