This is our favorite dim sum restaurant in the world, and we like dim sum a lot. Great variety, great quality, reasonably priced. Go for the food and get there early. The atmosphere is standard, but that's not what you're going for anyway. If you get there past 10:30 on a weekend, be prepared to wait, possibly quite a while. If you decide to order something from the menu, the wait can be quite long. In fact, the last time we did this, we had the bill paid and nearly had to leave without the item before it finally showed up. So plan to eat what comes by on the carts - it's all great and you won't be disappointed. And whatever you do, don't miss the baked egg-yolk buns for dessert. I don't know the Chinese name, but they're the ones with a crunchy top, tender chewy dough, and delicious custard filling. My mouth is watering just thinking about them.
