I would like to compliment you on such great quality food at your restaurant! I liked everything about your place, and I'm sure to come back again! My name is Sam Marino, and I have a unique Italian Sausage that I've made for over 30 yrs. I sell it mostly to individuals who buy it because of it's high quality, and distinct flavor that is hard to find. It's very lean, and is made from only high quality pork shoulders and Hams. I know how difficult it is to keep good quality, at the level that you would desire.
