	This sushi doesn't even compare to the best japanese restaurant in Colorado, Takah Sushi in Aspen. They insist on americanizing the dishes by serving rolls with mayo sauce. The miso soup was average. The seaweed salad was not made with the freshest ingredients. This restaurant was highly rated before I went so the disappointment was even greater.
