With the late lamented demise of Old Original Bookbinders, at which I had the honor to be among the Knights of the lunchtime Round Table, lunch in Philadelphia had become a haphazzard experience. Then, Georges Perrier to the rescue! The signature crab cakes are without equal, as is the staff, the service, and the wine cellar. Five stars! (six of there could be). Georges, thank you for rescuing me from the clutches of the putative up-market chain-retaurants which now dominate the Philadelphia scene.
