I've been to Bulgaria many times over the years and this restaurant is as good as it gets. In fact is is better than most restaurants in Bulgaria. The chef/owner worked at the Russian Tea Room in New York which was one of my favorites.(I wish I could get him to add the RTR's Chicken Kiev to the menu.) Don't pass Cafe Sofia up. It's a gem worthy of being a trendy place even in NYC or DC. (PS: Well worth the trip from DC)
