NEVER AGAIN! After our second, and last trip to LaCucina Italiana, we will never be back again! The hostess was bascially useless, while the waitress appeared cordial enough. Apps and entrees are not inexpensive and prove to be a poor value. 3 glasses of wine each appeared with ample shredded cork throughout! The alleged 'EVOO' Extra-Virgin-Olive-Oil that accompanied the stale bread, seemed much closer to CANOLA than olive oil. My Veal Saltibocca was tasty, but was served cold! And for the frosting on the cake, the Chef-Owner refused to remove the charge for a piece of rotten, smelly, overcooked Swordfish that my fiancee had ordered !!! We immediately returned it to the kitchen, yet were horrified and in awe, when, at the end of the meal, our apologetic waitress gave us the bad news: We would have to pay for the foul fish that we did mot eat!! I made a B-line for the Chef, and let him know how mistaken he was with his decision. I said fine, he'll remove it, but added insults to my fiancee taste in food! He insisted thet `she must be accustomed to frozen fish, not fresh!` I have never been so insulted in my life..
