At least the staff smiles when they charge so much for lousy food. How can a steak house ruin a medium rare steak. First have it show up burnt on the outside and raw on the inside (my 5-year old can do that), then take it back and burn it some more. The spinach tasted like they ran it under water right before serving. Gene and Georgetti's is Gone and Forgettit.
