The first two times we tried to eat at Garl's, they were closed. (once for vacation, once on a day off) The third time, they were out of everything except chicken and a few ribs. No pork, no beef. Sold out--and the owners and staff were very happy to tell us this. Like the fact that they were making tons of money by selling out would make us feel better! When I explained how many times we'd tried to eat there, they were unapologetic. Don't know how the food is, but the atmosphere is kind of like if you half-uncle Skeeter from Alabama added a porch onto his single-wide by himself. Three strikes, Garl's, and you're out.
