of all the vietnamese restaurants i've been to, this is the worst. i have visited quoc te a couple times from friends' recommendation, unfortunately, every time i went there, i came away very disappointed. the service is horrible, not to mention the food. just today, i ordered a seafood dish that was obviously not fresh, but the waitress insisted that they just received the seafood today. they did not even bother to take the price off the bill as a courtesy. this is the last time i'm ever visiting the restaurant and hoping you won't make the same mistake.
