I've lived in Tampa all my life, and have been fortunate to have found Cirlce's almost 15 years ago, back when there was only the one location on Dale Mabry, and it was half the size it is now. The quality of their food and service has never faltered in all that time, constantly excellent. It's one of those places that you can always depend on to provide a savory and comforting dining experience, after those trendy upstart establishments have flared and folded. I guess the best recommendation I can give Circles is to say that when I get to the point where I feel a new girlfriend is going to be a keeper, then I take her to Circles. But not before.
