helmand's success is primarily a function of its superb location, with incredible ease of access to the hordes of cambridge. if you must eat here (and the need is debateable as the food is merely passable), your best bet is to carry out. the service ranges from mediocre to apalling, which is simply not acceptable in this proce range. the dining room can become unbelievabley noisy when there are more than 4 parties and anytime evening except tuesday, is unbearable.
