	Every year, my wife and I make a point to visit Opus One for our anniversary. The food is simply spectacular. I have always been surprised by the food and wine surpassing my expectations. Few if any restaurants in Detroit can compare. Their Shrimp Helene (appetizer or entree) is particularly notable.
