I have been to many, many `Outbacks` ...and in fact know many of their principals throuh my business dealings here in Tampa...generally they have extremely good execution...but this MEMPHIS location needs remedial help..mostly through training of its local MEMPHIS personnel..I was embarassed for their lack of professionalism...maybe it's the local labor force being ruined by `Brinker-like` (Chilli's) training. I hope they decide to bring a `CARRABA'S` and a newly acquired St.Pete/Clearwater/Ky concept called `BONEFISH GRILL` to Memphis and others..they are very good.
