This restaurant has steadily declined in quality since first opening in Fresno. Their cheese biscuits are still great but the menu is rather dull, even with their monthly 'fests'. You would be hard pressed to find much lobster in their lobster appetizers, tasting mostly of green pepper and a Velveeta-like cheese flavor. Their salad dressings have a definite bottled flavor. The lobster tail was steamed instead of broiled, which gives it a slightly soggy texture. Red Lobster has become a big disappointment for this diner.
