	Truly lacking. I hope that customers don't associate the New Orleans `Brennans` name with this establishment. Shrimp not fresh...Fish thawed from frozen. If you believe that this is high quality Louisiana-inspired food, then you probably believe that `Burt Wolfe` is actually a chef. Service was amateurish. Very attractive bar.
