	Not only is Nicola's great, but the owner, Lebanese native Nicola Ayoub, is great! If you're lucky, you'll see him dance like you've never seen someone dance before. He's absolutely amazing. He balances a glass on his head and just plain gets down! I was so impressed, I asked him to cater and dance at my wedding.
