As a tourist... I spent a long day in St. Augustine visiting and sightseeing, must say that I surely enjoyed my day. Beautiful town! But after my long day I wanted to go to relax and treat me and my mother to dinner. I was greeted w/ a smile at the door...from there on I was very displeased. The waitress was very rude. She took our drink orders, and we waited exactly 34 minutes to receive them within minutes then was served our meals which were cold, I don't know about you but I don't find a COLD prime rib and baked potato appetizing. In the meantime of waiting we watched our waitress go outside talk to some people outside our window, point at our table...come inside and seat a table of 6 two tables away from us, talk to them and point directly at us. My mother always taught me pointing is not acceptable and rude. She took & gave them their drink orders and such. She also played with her hair and massaged an older fellows shoulders and rubbed his head in between serving customers. Very tacky! The couple in front of us seemed very dissatisfied by the looks and sighs as well as not leaving her a tip. Needless to say we didn't leave one neither. She made sure to run to the front to take our money and ring us up thinking that we wouldn't talk to anyone else about her lazy and rude character. The man that we did talk to wasn't very helpful nor acted like he wanted to hear it. This restaurant was very clean and seemed like a comfortable atmosphere absent the rude waitress and the fellow in the front that seemed not to care at our complaints... I would love to return to this town to see the sights and more but I promise that I will never step foot in this restaurant again...and neither will any of my friends and family that come to visit...Next time I will take the man at the sightseeing trains advice...`Go to Harry's`...
