I frequently dine at Chilis because it has a nice laid back atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly, and the food is very good. I have only had 2 bad experiences at Chilis out of the hundreds of times I have dined there. Once I had asked for my onions on my fajitas to be well done and my waitress brought them to me completely black and crispy....not edible. I asked for new onions and she looked at me and said...'well...you said that you wanted them well done, so that;s what they are.'....she was rude. The other time was similar. All in all, the two bad experiences hardly made a poor impression on me. I understand that it had nothing to do with the way that the staff was trained at Chilis...it was an individual problem. I recomend Chilis to anyone and everyone if they like mexican?tex-mex style food!
