I have been eating at Alfred's for 50 years. It was my parents `special occasion` place, and even after we moved from the City, every visit included dinner at Alfred's. Now, on our annual visits, my wife and I have made dinner at Alfred's our own tradition. Caesar tossed tableside, Chateaubriand, potatoes au gratin, ravioli, creamed spinach, and the antipasto! Classic chophouse fare served in true San Francisco style. This is the real thing, the one and only, not a chain.
