Always in the shadow of the smaller, more intimate and folksy `Der Heidelbergerhof`, Edelweiss was always wonderful but clearly second best. By 1985, Der Heidelbergerhoff was no more and Edelweiss was still serving the finest of European cuisine...and they contimue. Their standard of excellence WITH value is seldom equalled in North Texas. Edelweiss is a dining experience, as intimate or as fun as you care for. Great food!
