Don't let the statement in the review that `Baker Street Bistro is the darling of one of the Chronicle's food critics` put you off. This place is a fabulous value, and you'll love it if you like authentically French atmosphere and food. Most of the servers are French, and very helpful and pleasant. The tables are very close together and the place is small, again authentic. The $15 prix fixe may be the best value in town. A great place for francophiles, or for anyone who appreciates good food at a good price.
