This is the worst dining experience I've had in the bay area- and I was shocked by that since it is relatively well known. We came on Valentine's day. Our reservation was late. The atmosphere was cheesy. The prices were outrageous, and I am not a cheap diner. They ignored us so long after we were seated, that I purposely dropped my fork on the floor in front of a waitress to see if she'd stop. She didn't. My date's dinner was seriously unedible- like a can of cat food on a plate of overcooked pasta. I have never had food so bad I had to send it back. We left hungry and had McDonalds drive through for our romantic dinner. I will never ever go back to the restaurant, and tell everyone I know about Palermo.
