I love the place, but, I recently moved and had ordered food sent to where I lived. They messed up the order and compensated me with another order of food, but I think they should have credited me for both orders. Their response was if they did that then they would be out a $100.. Now come on don't you think that is a little far fetched, a $100 to Bob Chin is like a peanut on the floor. This restaurant makes so much money, and is rated so high they should show a little more concern for their customers and think less of lossing that whole $100. When we lived there we ate there at least once a week, and as you know it is not hard to spend a $100 for dinner for two with one or two pitchers of mia tai's. We have soooo many yellow cups and plastic pitchers just from going there. I am very unhappy with their actions.
