While the restaurant seems to be buried in the middle of a strip mall, behind those velvet curtains hides a gem of a resto. the decor is fascinating, the ambiance welcoming, the service pleasant, friendly and efficient, the food was fantastic, and in spite of the space being rather small, they've managed to do a lot with it. If I go back to Rochester, I will make a point of going back to Boom.
