Our dinner was served and my husband and I looked at each other in disbelief, the vegetables had not been trimmed, the green beans still had their stems on them and they and the carrots both looked as if they had been sitting in a steam tray all day long, they were dried out and shriveled. We tried our steak; it was of excellent quality and cooked to perfection! We tried our potatoes, they were cold and had a small amount of demi-glaze on them, there was no butter at our table to put on them but since they were cold I suppose it did not matter. Our waiter came over to see how everything was, we were so angry but knew it was not our waiter’s fault. He had not been trained! It was also not his fault that your kitchen was serving cold, untrimmed, dried up food. We explained to him that our potatoes and vegetables were cold, he said he would take them in and have them heated, we said no thank you, just bring our check please. We ate none of the meal except a couple of bites of steak. He comped our meal and charged us for our calamari and the one drink and glass of white wine. Not once did this alert a manager that maybe there was a problem?
