	I found the sushi (which is mostly what I had) to be very fresh and well-presented and authentic. We were handed hot washcloths before dining, the first time I have seen that since eating in San Francisco's Japan Town. A very intersting and tasty dessert of soft, warm rice mochi wrapped around ice cream.
