The best Chinese restaurant on the West Coast of the United States. World Famous for its Dim Sum and Cantonese cuisines. It is EXTREMELY busy on the week-ends unless they are booked for weddings and in that case, forget it, you cannot even get a table. I think the best days to go are on the weekdays for Dim Sum and Friday Night for dinner. This restaurant has excellent reviews from many sources including the internet. You can type its name and most if not all search engines will find it. (try google for instance.)I think this is run by former restauranteers from Hong Kong and we know Hong Kong is the king of Cantonese/Chinese cooking. Absolutely the best chinese restaurant on this side of the Pacific except for a few in Vancouver that might be able to match. You will not be dissappointed.
