Have eaten at Green Dolphin Street twice in the last 6 months. Once in December 2001 and June 2002. IN December I had a dinner party of 12 people. While the ambience and food were excellent the service we deplorable. 4 hours for dinner and the place wasn't all the busy. 2 friends and I had dinner last night (June 13) early in the evening. One of us actually had to get up and ask the waiter to get our beers we had ordered with him 10 minutes earlier. The food was first rate (barracuda no less, exceptional) but the slow service once again greatly diminished the over all experience.
