We went there with a group and had the upstairs room reserved for us. When we got there, they weren't ready for us. We had to wait almost an hour for them to set up. We had a buffet and went up by tables. By the time our table got up there, there was no more beef, there were 2 pieces of cold pork and 3 of cold, hard chicken . Baked potatoes were so hard, you couldn't cut them. We asked them if they were bringing out more beef and they said no more food was coming out, that people were only supposed to take 1 of each item. Never heard of a buffet where they ration food like that, or that they don't bring out more. Was so very disappointed. Management didn't seem to care either. Also, they had no water on the tables, no salad, no bread... just a white table cloth with utensils wrapped in a paper napkin. Not at all what we expected. We had to leave and go to another restaurant and buy dinner, after having paid for a meal with the group at Mesquite Charlies...
