My family and I chose this restaurant because the line was short. Good indicator of what was to follow. The crab soup was good but it was barely warm and had less than 1/4 teaspoon of lump crab meat in it. The fried shrimp platter came with just 6 medium (advertised as jumbo) shrimp and a huge pile of barely warm show string fries. My daughter's hamburger was charred to a crisp. The basmati pilaf accompanying the crab cakes, was nothing special. Fortunately, the crab cakes were outstanding and the only thing we recommend ordering at Phillip's. $70 with tax and tip for a family of four, poor value.
