	This is a great concept in Italian food. It is the only fast food italian that I have seen. The recipes are very good. Quality is excellent. The food was made fresh to order. I had the Tomatoe Basil Pasta...it rocks. It was low fat adn filling. My husband had the chicken alfredo. The alfredo sauce was so creamy...We could have eatin it plain.
