My dining experience here was the topper on an already perfect day. My husband had proposed to me earlier on this, my birthday. We dined on lobster and duck, delicious; along with a bottle of wine. The service treated us as if we were the only ones there. By the time we left, I was floating on cloud nine and it wasn't far from my husband's next surprise of tickets to Phantom. My thanks to the individuals at Chez Josephines for the wonderful memories..we recommend you to anyone visiting NYC :)
