I am grateful that I did not read gbarberis review of Helmand's as I would have denied myself a gastronomical delight! The menu is ambrosia to the taste buds with each appetizer and entree a delectable wonder to experience. I highly recommend any of the lamb dishes as my dinner companions were equally enchanted with their choices. Having just returned from Paris, I was not expecting to enjoy any meal until my memories had faded so I am deeply grateful that Helmund exists and I can recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
