We were the first people to arrive for dinner at 3.30pm on Sunday.Our hostess was in a panic trying to seat 7 people!She ran around the dinning room for 5 minutes looking for a table.The place was empty!!! Our waitress had a hearing problem.She messed up on just about everything we ordered, the drinks,the appitizers,the entre's.The bar was out of stock on basic wines and champagne.The capaccino machine was broken,and i had to hear about how they don't fix the machines on Sundays.I said thats OK I don't leave TIPS on Sunday!!!!There was no manager in sight for the 2 plus hours that we were there.Nobody asked us how our meal was or is there anything that you need.I can get better service at a diner. They give you a surey along with you bill.I'm going to mail it back to them with a warm letter explaining how our dinning experience was.The meals started at$13.00 and up.Portions were not filling,and all the shrimp was on the small side that came with the main meal.The place looked good on paper but couldn't deliver the product.
