I'm not the biggest German food person (it's so heavy) but I still think that John Ernst is the best restaurant in Milwaukee (tied with Eddie Martini's in my mind, but it gets the nod, because I'm not a German fan and I still love it). It has the coolest atmosphere in Milwaukee, and ispite of the heaviness, the food is beyond discription. A perfect ten in my book (If they could only cure that `I'm going to explode from eating too much,` feeling you get when you leave).
