Neither the food nor the service at the Pump Room justify their expensive menu. Their selection of salads is small and their ceasar has to be cut and prepared by the guest with dressing that tastes like it came from a bottle. We would recommend the ceasar come to the table ready to eat. The room is very attractive but there is little separation from the bar and cigar smoke was detectable at our table when we were there.
