I was very disappointed in this place. The local newspaper gave it an above average review. I found the cavernous dining rooms to be cold and lacking in atmosphere. The service was slow and indifferent, and the food less than it should be. There are so many excellent, lower-priced with friendlier service Italian restaurants in SF that this was a less than happy experience.
