I am such an avid steakhouse patron that I should have a cardiologist on retainer. I have found that, when you reach the top levels of quality and service in a restaurant category, there is not much to choose between entrants. Ruths Chris is the top of the heap for chain steakhouses and comparable in every area to top of the line, one of a kind steakhouses. The beef is top notch, the wine list extensive, desserts imaginative and they make a world class martini at every location I have been to. The dining room is excellently appointed and the service is very good and consistent from location to location. In a word, Great! I have never been anything other than pleased with this steakhouse.
