One thing first...you are supposed to get two breadsticks for every spaghetti entre if you have carry out. Everything else you have to pay extra. Another thing...The `waitors` as you called them are not supposed to get tips. We are told to refuse them. One more thing...Confusion at counter is caused by people ordering special things like alfredo sauce on their baked spaghetti. We want to make the food fresh and ready to order because we are not a `sit-down` restaurant. If we were, then not as many people would come. And plus, you probably came at rush hour, between 6 and 8, when there are herds of people coming in and going through drive-thru. I'd like to see you try and help everyone as fast as you can.- Is follow up to post by brucetone ...
I find the food tasty. A pleasant experience despite the mass confusion at counter and disheveled service bar. Generosity with bread sticks helps alot.
DRIVE THROUGH TOTALLY DIFFERENT! 1 STICK PER MEAL = CHINTZY! IN ORDERING AND PAYING FOR EXTRAS, YOU FEEL LIKE A BANDIT! I HESITATE TO GO TO FAZOLI'S FOR TAKE HOME.
Makes me wonder: Does management make waiters inside pay for the extra bread sticks out of their tips? -- 6/1/1999 9:33:41 AM
