terrible customer service! Waitresses with bad attitudes and rude comments toward customers! By far the worst dining experience of my life. As my associate and I sat waiting for the check, on our lunch break from a seminar, our waitress proceeded to speak to a young gentleman for about 5 minutes. I finally had to get up and give her the check. We then waited for her to take a personal phone call. After approximately 10 minutes of waiting for the call I went and asked the hostess if she could just have someone else cash out our ticket because our waitress was on the phone. She appeared very put out because I had obviously taken her away from flirting with another customer. When she approached another waitress to help us that waitress told her, `no, have them wait.` At this point I walked toward our waitress and she hung up just as I reached her. I asked her if she could rush our ticket because we were in a hurry and didn't have time to wait for her personal call. She gasped and walked disgustedly past me. I walked to our table as she brought my ticket. I overheard the other waitress, Sally, exclaim to the manager while looking directly at me, `that guy needs to chill out. What a jacka**.` I will never eat at a CHAD's restaurant again. I am absolutely appalled at the level of customer service.
