I had the worst experience with a so-called fast food joint that I have had in my entire life with Steak Out. Our office ordered lunch from them and 2 and 1/2 hours later, even after calling to see what the problem was, we still have no food. I will never eat there again and will discourage anyone I know from eating there. The service was absolutely the worst in the world. The manager and employees were very rude and uncaring and Steak Out will never see any more of my business.
